Mackenzie Childs is having their annual Barn Sale, which runs July 18th through 22nd, you know, just in case you didn't spend enough during Prime Day.
I have loved Mackenzie Childs since I was a kid. It was probably the fun prints and designs - I loooved the Taylor pattern, but I think it was discontinued, so now I just go with the courtly check. Can't go wrong with black and white. When I was young, the style seemed so different than anything I had seen in my parents' home.
It's on my bucket list to attend The Barn Sale in Aurora one day, but alas this is not the year. If you're looking to begin your collection, now is the time, as you'll rarely find deals this good. I've linked some of my favorite finds for easing into the collection. Also, I don't trust the "Amazon Mackenzie Childs store..." in terms of authenticity, but perhaps I'm wrong.
As an FYI, I am not an affiliate and don't make anything from posting these, though my house is filled with Mackenzie Childs. Maybe one day.
I have this paper towel holder next to my sink. We dont have built ins or anything fancy and when this arrived, my husband's response was, "Realllly... a Mackenzie Childs paper towel holder?!" But really, why not. We use it every day.
I have this spoon rest next to my coffee maker and love it. As a side note, don't run it through the dishwasher... mine is starting to rust on one side from being on its side in the dishwasher. booo
This cookie jar holds my Nespresso pods, but you can use it for so many things. I've previously used it to hold dog bones, leftover Halloween candy, and kids snacks. Though never actually cookies. Maybe this Christmas...
This 4x6 enamel and brass frame is so pretty and classic. There's a couple different sizes and its currently in my cart.
I've had this utensil holder next to my stove for the past few years. It holds all the utensils I use most often and just looks nice.
This Everything bowl is under $100 and a great size, it has a 26-cup capacity! It's also currently in my cart.
Under $40 for a pair of 10oz tumblers. This seems like a lot, but not in the Mackenzie Childs world. Perfect for guest bathrooms and the like,
